Healthy Breakfast Cookies - Yum!!

I experimented and came up with a new recipe for Healthy Breakfast Cookies, success on my first try - yes!

Yes, my kitchen does get messy...

Still to do today:
  More work in my Gardens…
  A run to the hardware store (a stopcock that
    was leaking needs to be replaced)…
  Grocery run for the 3 day weekend - hubby
    gets tomorrow off... :D
  Clean up the kitchen… um, yep, happens
    when you do a bit of cooking…
